I have over ten years experience as a massage therapist and a firm belief in a holistic approach to healing. The human body is made up of layers that work together to provide stability, support and movement. I use a variety of techniques to work through the layers to help with postural imbalances, compensation, and referred pain. Among the techniques that I find effective are Myofascial Release, Positional Release, and MyoSkeletal Alignment just to mention a few.  I strive to treat the source of pain and discomfort, working to not only release tight muscles but to also reactivate ones that aren’t functioning properly. I am also registered with the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) which means you may be able to submit receipts for insurance reimbursement if your provider covers massage therapy.
